Take Action For Hawaii
Three Major Issues:
-
ALL KEIKI VAXED: The Governor has introduced HB1118/SB1437, legislation that would require all children in Hawai‘i to be fully vaccinated in order to attend any school in the state.
-
TAKING YOUR LAND: House Bill 427 / Act 236 gives the Hawai‘i government the right to take your land under a declared “biosecurity emergency.” No hearing, no warrant, no court order is required before the taking.
-
STATE OF EMERGENCIES: The Governor has issued over 90 emergency proclamations and suspended many laws without due process.
Action 1: Let the Legislature know that parents have the right to choose to vaccinate or not.

Subject (suggestion): Opposition to HB1118/SB1437 & Submission of Citizen Memorandum for Public Record

Optional email:
I am strongly opposed to HB1118/SB1437, which would remove non-medical exemptions and effectively force all children in Hawai‘i to be fully vaccinated to attend school. Parents have the constitutional right to make medical decisions for their children.
Attached is a Citizen Memorandum detailing the constitutional, medical, and ethical reasons this bill should be rejected. Please review it and enter it into the public record.
Mahalo for your attention.
